He did not do what he told me he would do for me, he left my kitchen dirty and the garbage disposal that they installed leaked. In the end I hired another contractor to repair the disposal leak and install the wood slats underneath the sink that initally they said they would do

"hey Christine. I honestly don't understand this review when we left your home and you were smiling and happy and thankful for the job. We fixed your sink and glued it and sealed it properly. Your initial builder didn't strap down or glue your sink which you and I have both have pictures of before and after. I called you to try and see how I can help if you were left unsatisfied which was not to my understanding. And you don't respond. you have my contact and I am always here to help even if you may feel we didn't meet your standards. Thanks again for your buisness."

Very positive experience! Very professional and quick to respond to my request. Carlos the Plumber was very polite and accommodating helping to clear out items under kitchen sink. He unclogged my kitchen sink under an hour. Then he went out of his way to check over and over again to make sure it was in 100% working order. Even gave me tips on maintenance to avoid future clogs. He is extremely thorough at his job and you can tell he takes pride in doing a good job. I would refer them to everybody I know.

Tankless Water Heater Installation
They did a good neat job but they did go up $250 eventhough I sent them a video of area where it was to be installed. They said that they needed extra piping and more work to do the job. They didn't see all the pipes that needed to be connected. They also charged $150 to reconnect my AC condensation pvc pipes that they took apart to install new heater They said there was no glue on prior installation so to reconnect with glue would be an extra $150. They did a real nice neat professional job. Just the extra charges was a bummer

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Danny tells it like is. Alex and his assistant did an excellent job with the installation. Excellent price and service. They picked up the water heater at the store, but when they opened up the box at my house there was a defect. So Alex brought it back to the the store for an exchange. Unfortunately the main computer was down so only 2 employees were handling all transactions. It took them over an hour to finally do the exchange. They did not not complain and did not charge me extra for the time involved.. Thank you Danny and Alex!

Fix A Leak Plumbing of Allure Plumbing Corp. did an excellent job on repairing my main shutoff valve, water spigot, and replacing my water heater. Danny gave me a very good estimate in the morning, and Alex completed the job the same day. Amazing team.

Alex was such a professional. He explained each repair so I could understand it and gave me the price before proceeding. He completed all of the work and didn't rush to get to the next job and cleaned up leaving the areas as they were, if not more clean, than before he did the work.
