Until I made the final decision and he basically pick the spa for my needs which I love it, few weeks later the sounds system has a small issue and have to deal with the store manager Mike and the technicians to correct the small issue and they went overboard, that is why they got 5 starts from me because their excellent sales advisor, competitive price and quality, outstanding customer service and technician and friendly familiar environment I definitely recommend this team and in 10 years I definitely will be back to change my Jacuzzi!
