PROS: The Florida Green Plumber person arrived on time and was cordial. He was here to remove an obstruction in my bathroom sink plumbing. CONS: Plumber did not fully remove the obstruction and snuck out the front door without notifying me that he was leaving and that an obstruction still existed. The amount I agreed to pay ($2500 !) was based on the time I was told the job was estimated to take? (6 hours). However, my problem was not fully fixed (the sink still floods) and the plumber was here for only 3 hours. Forty five minutes of that was spent going to Home Depot for a part. I paid their outrageous bill in full.

First of all, they charged me $250. The material they used cost about $15. The remaining amount they charged was for labor. I knew they were talking advantage of a senior citizen, but I was in a bind to have it fixed immediately. After the worker left, I noticed that the toilet was still leaking. I called the company and they sent out 2 men,. The workers told me that the toilet is not leaking and left my home. I called the company back again after noticing the toilet was still leaking. They sent out the original worker and he told me that the leak was from the toilet handle. Ironically, it was never mentioned before by any of the workers. When I told him to tighten the nut, he said that would be an additional charge and refused to do it. I told him to leave and I would take it up with the supervisor. I tightened the nut myself.

The technician did the work on the front of the house. He shut off the main water to do this job. Once he finished I came outside and he showed me his work, showed me that the water was back on again (through the hose) and left. I went inside the house and realized there was no water running on the kitchen, fridge master shower, one sink in the master bathroom, and laundry. The only place with water was the smaller bathroom near the entrance. I called Florida Green Plumbing right away and the technician came back. He came inside the house and after checking all the areas where there was no water he said that when the main water is shut off and then turned back on, sediment can get into the pipes and block them. Then he wrote me another quote ($2,640) to solve the blockage problem. He contacted his supervisor on the phone who told him he was pretty sure replacing all the parts listed on the new estimate should solve the problem. But, if it didn't, they would have to do a flush of the whole system which would cost around $9,000. The very next day I contacted another plumbing company (recommended by Angie). I explained the problem, they told me that Florida Green probably failed to flush the water before letting it run through the pipes. I called Florida Green and they sent two other technicians to look at the problem. They didn't really offer a solution they only said it was "an easy fix". They never acknowledge that they may have done something wrong nor offered to do the job at a discounted cost. I hired the second company to do the repairs that Florida Green quoted me at $2,640. They have found wet pieces of cardboard stuck inside the pipes which is not "sediment".

This company is a fraud. They gave us an estimate for the toilet backing up and did the job only for it to last two weeks. Only to come back and tell us the real work that needs to be done cost $ 14000. Why charge us thousands of dollars for a job you know was not going to work.

They need to be aware for ask another opinion, they were overprice. They are taking advantage. I am disappointed, they take advantage from older people, and they overcharge. They were charging 6500. They said that it was for gas license.

I never got the job done After 3 months blaming mdwsd I decided to end the contract and they refused to re rate the contract as it says in the back of the invoice

If I could rate 6 stars, I would! I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I got from Bryan and his team. My repairs were more extensive than I thought, and there were mini obstacles along the way. Bryan and his crew tackled it all, stayed very late until the job was done, and made it seamless for me (they purchased the tiles I unexpectedly required, brought in more people, as needed etc). They were even mindful of minimizing disruption to my neighbors while water was shut off. Every step was explained, they were very communicative (called before they were on their way and while out on trips to get supplies). I would surely call them again if I have any plumbing issues.

They came out in 2 hours at night and identified the cause of my leaking pipe. They found it was my neighbor piping causing the issue, were able to inspect that condo plumbing too, and provided me and them the needed information and repair options. There was no charge to me since they did not do the repairs (the neighbor is a renter and has to speak with the unit owner about repairs first), which I was told would be the case when I scheduled the appointment, I'm so grateful. Next time I need a plumber, I will contact them again!

He was great !

Company is a complete fraud - unkind, unliscenced workers. They installed everything wrong, from wrong size pipes to connecting a water filter to the hot water line, causing the pipes to sweat and ultimately causing mold damage.

Terrible - these guys are COMPLETE fraudsters. We asked to have a single sink replaced. They quoted us $5400 and then refused to do any work, threatened my wife, and have yet to return a $2678 deposit on work not done. Another plumber replaced the sink for $250.

Florida Green Plumbing, Inc. responded to me within 10 minutes once I placed my request. They sent a technician, Mr. Marco. Mr. Marco was very patient, communicative and explained me about the issue in great detail and has done an excellent job fixing the issue. I highly recommend them for the communication and incredible quality of service.

Unlicensed workers, they caused thousands of dollars of damage to my property. Stay away. all positive reviews are fake
