Did the initial quoted job, but had to change out additional shutoff valve due to older fixture and location too close to PRV valve. Overall $850 Job increased to $1200 job. Overall happy with the work done and tenant had no complaints

Wow!!!! I thought that such superb customer service was a thing in the past. Our service man was name Shawn. We were so impressed by his honesty. Our issue turned out to be something very simple and he did not charged us. The plumber before him told us that we needed a drain field and was charging a large sum of money. Not only was he honest, we love the fact that he took interest in our culture and traditions. It felt more like being visited by a family member than a contractor trying to do business. I really recommend Mr. Rooter for plumbing services and if you get Shawn as your serviceman, well, from the way he treated us he is the cream of the crop.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter in North Miami Beach ! From the moment I called, they were friendly, and responsive. They arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly so I understood what needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently, and they were very transparent once they identified the issue. It’s rare to find a company that combines great service, expertise, and genuine care for their customers, but Mr. Rooter north Miami Beach definitely delivered.

Mr Rooter is the best plumbing team I’ve worked with. First of all, they are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, can diagnose service issues and set out the best most effective plan. Secondly, they execute and do their jobs well and thoroughly. Finally, the office team (especially owner Shachar) is professional and well-organized. We had a big and complex job that involved working with a negligent and “difficult-to-work-with” landlord but Shachar and Shawn stood firmly in our corner, couldn’t have asked for better teammates.

Sump Pump - Repair or Replace
We had a plumbing emergency after regular business hours when a toy got stuck deep in our bathtub drain. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami Beach, and to my surprise, technician Jose was at our home within an hour! He was incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything before starting the job. Not only did he quickly clear the drain, but he also managed to rescue Chase from Paw Patrol—which made my son’s night! Having their main office so close to us in Bay Harbour is a huge plus. Once we selected the new toilet, they procured it the same day, coordinated with our building for access and approvals, and had everything installed within just a few hours. Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
I had a clogged and smelly shower drain that was becoming a real problem. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami Beach in a pinch because I had enough. Jose the tech arrived right on time (which is rare in Miami). He was courteous, patient, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Not only did he clear the clog efficiently, but he also taught me how to maintain my drain using their BioChoice solution instead of harsh chemicals that I was using (oops Drano), which I learned can really damage the pipes over time. It’s rare to find a technician who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely kind and helpful. I’m so grateful for the professional and respectful service. Highly recommend them to anyone in South Beach and the area!
