Before and after: Hansel and Joel were extremely knowledgeable, super easy to work with and friendly. They figured out several issues throughout the process and made quick work of cutting around the slab being careful not to damage any pipes underground. I’m definitely looking forward to working with them again :)

Sump Pump - Repair or Replace
We had a plumbing emergency after regular business hours when a toy got stuck deep in our bathtub drain. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami Beach, and to my surprise, technician Jose was at our home within an hour! He was incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything before starting the job. Not only did he quickly clear the drain, but he also managed to rescue Chase from Paw Patrol—which made my son’s night! Having their main office so close to us in Bay Harbour is a huge plus. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami Beach to anyone in the area. Excellent service, especially when you need it most.

Craig quickly diagnosed that the toilet was broken beyond a simple repair. He walked my wife and me through a few replacement options—no pressure, just clear explanations and honest recommendations. Once we selected the new toilet, they procured it the same day, coordinated with our building for access and approvals, and had everything installed within just a few hours. Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
I had a clogged and smelly shower drain that was becoming a real problem. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami Beach in a pinch because I had enough. Jose the tech arrived right on time (which is rare in Miami). He was courteous, patient, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Not only did he clear the clog efficiently, but he also taught me how to maintain my drain using their BioChoice solution instead of harsh chemicals that I was using (oops Drano), which I learned can really damage the pipes over time. It’s rare to find a technician who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely kind and helpful. I’m so grateful for the professional and respectful service. Highly recommend them to anyone in South Beach and the area!
