I had a clogged and smelly shower drain that was becoming a real problem. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami Beach, and Jose arrived right on time which as we all know is a rarity these days! He was courteous, patient, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Not only did he clear the clog efficiently, but he also taught me how to maintain my drain using their BioChoice solution instead of harsh chemicals like Drano (which I was using WHOOPS), which can damage the pipes over time. It’s rare to find a technician who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I’m so grateful for the professional and respectful service. Highly recommend them to anyone in South Beach and the area!

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami Beach, and to my surprise, technician Jose was at our home within an hour! He was incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything before starting the job. Not only did he quickly clear the drain, but he also managed to rescue Chase from Paw Patrol—which made my son’s night! Having their main office so close to us in the 33154 is a huge plus. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of North Miami Beach to anyone in the area. Excellent service, especially when you need it most.

Craig quickly diagnosed that the toilet was broken beyond a simple repair. He walked my wife and me through a few replacement options—no pressure, just clear explanations and honest recommendations. Once we selected the new toilet, they procured it the same day, coordinated with our building for access and approvals, and had everything installed within just a few hours.
