The technician arrived 3 hrs late, but they were willing to drop their price, which work out just fine with me.

Extremely dissatisfied. After Peters Plumbing spent over 1 hr at my home the work he was hired to was not done. He tried to badger me into buying a new toilet and scammed me into paying for work which did not solve the issue. He did not inform me I could pay using the Angi app, but instead requested I give him a check. After his visit I had to call another plumber (Roto-Rooter) who cleared the clogged drain and replaced a piece in the toilet tank, which stopped the leaking, this plumber told me I did not need a new toilet and the clog was at the base of the drain pipe, a place Peters plumber didn t even bother to look. Peters plumbing ate liars and scammer, taking advantage of your customers without thinking of the financial harm he is causing. In addition, Peters Plumbing also uses three different business names (Peters Plumbing, Arial Gonzales, and Prosperum Investment Group) I want a full refund of $225.00 returned using Zelle otherwise I will make this post public to each website listed in this post as well as the better business bureau.

I originally called them to inspect water pooling near the water heater they installed, expecting a thorough diagnosis and a solution. Instead, the two technicians misdiagnosed the issue twice?first blaming my washing machine (which was not leaking), and then claiming that a valve on my water heater was broken (also incorrect). Despite these inaccurate assessments, I was given a $500 invoice, which I paid in good faith, hoping to resolve the issue. After realizing their mistakes, I had to bring in a second plumber who properly identified and fixed the actual source of the leak?something Peter?s Plumber completely failed to do. To make matters worse, when I requested a master technician to come out for a proper evaluation, they no-call, no-showed for the apt

They came out fast and completed the job, but we're a little expensive.

They charged me $1400 to fix a pope thstvthey said was leak that was leaking. It was the balcony leaking not the pipes.

Pleasant reps but superficial work for the expense and when shared feedback I was brushed off. Retorted, for $275 just replacing 6 inch PVC. If I want the problem resolved it will be $675.

Needed new laundry room spigots installed. Called Peter’s Plumbing July 22 and was able to reserve an ideal time/date. Two technicians arrived. The actual plumber understood little English. Didn’t matter because he did a stellar job. His assistant translated. I would call them again but only if i could get that specific plumber. Don’t know his name.

The first day which was June 6th I walked in my house and noticed my floors were wet in the kitchen. I went on Agni's List and requested a plumbing company in my area. I had several companies called, however Peter's Plumbing was the first company to reach out to me to ask to stop by for a free quote to see where the leak was coming from. Three plumbers came in and assess the issue. They did have to cut a hole in my kitchen and they also went in my bathroom and had to remove my bathroom tile to find the leak. Once they found it, I set up an appointment for them to come the next day to fix the leak in my bathroom. I was not there when they came to my home, but my father came to let them in to work on the leak. It was three plumbers again but one of them was not the same guy that showed up the day before. They came in without the materials even though they told me they would have the materials, so one of them did leave to get materials and they did not show up on time as scheduled. They took about two to three hours to fix the leak. Once they were done they packed up and left.

They promptly answered my call and came to the house to see the issue. Although I did not agree with their proposed fix, they did help with another matter. They were very professional and responsive.

Was able to diagnose and address the issue quickly within days of each other. Parts were ordered and had to wait and once it came it was scheduled and repaired timely. According to my tenant the plumber was very courteous and professional and the quality was good.

They cash my check and they have not paid me, they synchronize the credit card and use the credit card; they cash two checks, not only one, they finish the job without pulling paraments. 

The young man Jenson, wvery nice Did the work and had the parts. Explained what he was doing. Pricing was very reasonable.

They are not responsive.

2 professionals came to evaluate and ask the half of the money ahead to find the part and they never came back and never answer the phone, I paid already for that service and I want my money back

They tired to overcharge for what the work was for. Left the job incomplete by leaving wires above ground that were not previously. They did not fill in the hole completely and the dirt that was left over was scrapped to the sides of the hole and I had to finish the fill in work to get it back to where it was suppose to be. They left a bunch of rocks on top of the hole and around it instead of doing the dirt fill in. They only came down on the price because I have the experience and tools to do the work and what it would take to complete the work. I showed them the tools that I have and they agreed that I had the knowledge and experience to do the job and they then agreed to lower the price.

BE AWARE. THIEVES. This people are thieves. They keep your money and wont perform the job which is also extremely expensive. DONT HIRE THEM

The bill was $175 dollars and the plumbing leak on the line between the new installation and the older refrigerator line (installed by a previous plumber) was not repaired. Agreed to come back later the same day and do the repair for another $300, but then did not return as promised. Agreed to come back the following morning but, again, did not return as promised. Wanted to still come back later that day but I cancelled the request. The individual was courteous and seemed to want to fix the problem but the failure to diagnose and fix it on the first attempt and the continued failure to keep appointments lead me to call Peter Plumbing and cancel the request for service. In spite of my age and health issues, I ended up going to Home Depot, consulting with an associate there and fixing the leak myself.

They backed up their faulty work with a repair, but would not take care of the damage to the unit below me even though they verbally said they would. I was able, through Angi customer service, to at least get a 50% payment on the water damage to my unit.
