Excellent. Juan was polite, professional, and punctual . He had trouble getting our old faucet out, but he finally managed. And our new faucet works great. In fact, we have hot water in the kitchen for the first time in years.

Stay away from this company, the installer was not prepared for the job, he had to go to Homedepot to get some parts, and a couple times they said they were going to homedepot and never came back. Its been three weeks and they havent completed the job.

I was contacted immediate, within five minutes, once I requested the service. Someone was in my house within two hours, which it what I was told. The only issue was the person didn’t have all the equipment on hand. He had to go a purchase one piece of equipment to complete the job. The person was amicable and explained everything he was doing. This company is 24/7 so it is nice to have them on my list for emergencies.

They quoted me for a price to put a snake in the drain and then stated that if that did not work they recommended going in with a camera. I told them that the problem was under the house and told them the issue that the inspector had found when he inspected the house. I told them that whatever they do, they need to take pictures. They came back to tell me that they could fix it and saw what the problem was. They told me to fix it would cost $1,925.00. I trusted that they are licensed Plumbers and should know what they are doing and also recommended through ANGI. I agreed for them to do it. Once the job was done, I was then told that there was a second part to the project. They stated that the sewer pipe from the tub/toilet needs to be replaced and that it was not sloping properly. They stated that they could not do the job today and someone else would have to do it from their company and at a cost of $6,250. When I agreed fir them to do the job, they never mention that this would be a twofold job only once they got done. I called another company Plumbing Troopers also recommended by ANGI. The plumber went to look at the pipe under the house and said it was not sloping properly and needed to be replaced. He stated that his cost would be $2,850 and he is also a licensed plumber. I could not believe the difference in price from two licensed plumbers. I feel that I was robbed from Peters Plumbing that they only did part of the job and the price they charged me. They also made two holes in the walls to supposedly get to the pipes. They did not clean up after themselves either and had to pay someone to patch the wholes and repaint the walls. From another plumber, we found out that there is nothing wrong with the pipe itself but the way it was not sloping properly. All they had to do was tie up the pipe which was not tied up properly preventing the flow to the sewer as it was **at a negative**. I will never use Peters Plumbing again. Their price is highway robbery. I feel I was tricked by them ( Joel) who was the spokesperson for the two plumbers and also told me that he was the manager. Rosilda B.

Customer hired Peters Pluming, Inc to fix a water pump . They charge me $700.00 for the job. They did a very bad job, They told me I needed to hire a electrician to fix my water pump.

They came to give me a quote, he told me how much time it would take, he spent more time on the phone than working, the tiles are popping out now and the vanity is not leveled. The sink and the vanity were leaking so they had to check that again. The quality of the whole job was very bad.

I purchased a new fridge but my waterline connection was old. They were great, quick, and clean. Both technicians were informative and provided clean quality work. They arrived and gave me an estimate and I agreed and they immediately began. Took a couple of hours. In and out really! I highly recommend it!

They are professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated! I highly recommend Peter's Plumbing for your plumbing needs. No job is too small!

STAY AWAY! Do not hire this business. They did not make me sign a contract. Make sure you get a contract. This service provider and/or workers may not be licensed. They did not finished the job and when I asked for my money back, they said they would not return my money. They said they have filed up a police report against an employee who I gave money to, and he just took it. They do not want to credit me for the money I gave their employee stating: we do not take accountability for our employees actions.

Great company and very good customer service, communication and response time. Saved us in an emergency situation, and then did some additional great work. Thank you!

Christian, the plumber that was assigned to me was magnificent dealing with my condo association and navigating all the ridiculous rules. He was patient with me and although it was difficult to schedule, he did an excellent job of repairing my toilet. He explained the issues and returned until the job was done. Thank you.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE 4 DAYS I HAVE HAD DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!!!! I could write a short story of the horrors that ensued from the time the plumber first arrived to my home, but suffice it to say that he had no clue what he was doing, misdiagnosed the leak, and made it worse. Then I had to wait from Saturday until Tuesday late afternoon (with promises of quick repair) to finally get the problem rectified, but only after calling the Angi/Home Advisor Customer Complaint line and threatening a formal complaint against them. I know enough about plumbing that its not a good idea to seal a nut and bolt with silicone to stop a leak. Nor is it a good idea to overtighten any of the pipes. I learned the hard way that Angi has service providers that pay extra so that Angi reps call and promote them and thats how I originally chose this company. I am glad that I was able to use the Formal Complaint leverage that Angi offered, but I wasted three days sitting and waiting for the plumber to show up. There were so many screw-ups and so much of the time I was told they would be there and then came either earlier (I was not home-at least they texted that they were on the way so I got home right before they got there) than the window or over an hour later than the promised 3-hour window. I finally have the leak fixed, and the field supervisor that they sent out today eventually became nice after asking me to pay an additional $50 for him to fix what the first guy messed up. Of course, they knew what part was needed but did not come with it. So at 4:00 PM (he was supposed to be here between 1 and 3), he left to go get it. **I will be back in 20 minutes** and thats when I exploded. Needless to say, you cannot get anywhere in 20 minutes in Aventura at 4:00 PM so he did not return until almost 5:30. I was not going to let him in but he called on the way back letting me know that there would not be an additional charge. Its a good thing because I had no intention of paying extra anyway. On a positive note: They are very good at sending text messages and emails asking for reviews. I could not resist writing one.

I hired Pete's plumbing. They came and placed an extension pipe on my roof for the code of Miami Dade for 618 dollars. It did not pass inspection and now they are requesting payment for the permit. The permit is now an additional cost of 500 dollars due to failed inspection.

Terrible!! I hired them to replace a sink basin, change a faucet handle and caulk the sink surface. They were unable to get the basin out but chipped it which they failed to mention (noticed this after they left). The faucet handle was replaced but they did not tighten it to the surface enough so it was very loose. The caulking job was like a 3 year old did it. I spent hours cleaning up their mess. By the way, initial quote they provided after they arrived was ridiculous ($750 for 1-2 hours of work). Do not hire this company -- unprofessional, poor quality, way over priced.
