"Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. I strongly suggest that you choose this company as your top contender for your hardwood floor work."

The owner of company called me and told me that he apologized greatly for the horrible work done. He insisted to redo all of the work correctly and fix anything that needed to be fixed. He sent two workers, Tony and Yousay. They worked from 9am to 9:30pm fixing everything that was done incorrectly. I was shocked at their professionalism and the way they worked. I am so happy that they were able to fix my house and so quickly! it's been raining all day in Miami and they were still determined to finish the work regardless of the rain. I couldn't be happier that the owner was able to get in touch with me and make it right.

I would recommend this company to anyone now. Ask for Tony or Yousay. They did such great work. Thank you again ! You made my broken down house into a home.

Honestly...I don't know what to say. he did update the outlets fine, but that's about it. He drilled holes in the wall to help the drainage in the atrium, but to be honest we could have done that ourselves and save the cost. But the way he patched up the screens was horrendous.. I mean he was supposed to replace the broken screens. What he did was patch up most off the screens and replaced only 3 of them. He didn't even bother to cut off the extra remaining pieces of screen. It is a complete mess and looks worse then it did before he fixed them. Now there are pact he'd pieces of screen everywhere. It looks horrible. This is me and my husbands first home. We want to come and take pride in it and show people around, but we feel so bad taking our guests to the backyard. I would def not recommend this company to do work at anyone's home if they are going to work so sloppy.

Honestly, I'm crying while writing this review. He did such a poor job painting our ceilings. We have 18 ft ceilings and needed a professional to come and paint.. He came with his sprayer and sprayed the paint on the celings. He missed spots, the paint is soooo sloppy, and there was drops of paint all over the floor. This is my first home and I was so unlucky finding people to fix my house. It makes me cry sometimes coming home and think of how much money we gave to this company to do such a s***** job. Please please please stay away.
