José and Samuel did a great job job at my house fixing several items and the replacing the hot and cold faucets of my washer and dryer that were old and not functional. They were also able to fix a problem in one of toilets that another plumber created. Highly recommend.

They did a good job clearing out a clog in our kitchen sink. Were very responsive and came within 1 hour of me putting a request in. A bit expensive, like any other plumber in an emergency situation.

Samuel replaced a kitchen faucet in my house on 11-5-25 and not only was he friendly, polite, professional but punctual as well. I was very satisfied with his work!

Hi Hired Vleyz Maintenance (Samuel) to replace my toilet. Although the price agreement was to replace the toilet and take the old toilet with them. The toilet was left in the condominium. Security called me and I was charged $50. I asked Samuel to reimburse me but no answer. Also, Samuel needed a larger water connector and I was charged $50 for something that does not cost more that $9 - $12.

What a nightmare! I had a leaky stop valve behind my toilet. The pipes are cpvc and it was using a compression ring designed for copper pipes and i could not get that thing off. He first said he could remove for $150. After trying for a few minutes he said he had to make a hole in the wall and cut pipe and extend it. They also had to remove my toilet for space. When removing the toilete, they didnt cut the seal around the base and they savagely lifted the toilette along with the floor about 1 foot off the ground. (Floor is vinyl placed over tiles) They were able to get the pipe fixed but they didnt patch the hole before putting my toilete back with its original seal (no new toilet ring). A few days later I noticed water would seap up through the vinyl floor board. I thought maybe some water go 8n between when they lifted the toilet off the ground and I assumed the water would drain through the grout in between the tiles under the vinyl floor. But the water never drained, in fact I noticed even more water each day. Until one day I realized it wasn't water. It smelled like pee. The water is coming through the toilet ring they never replaced. Anyways I got some work to do thanks to the incompetent a holes. Do yourself a huge favor and don't let these guys near your pipes

Very precessional and came on a Sunday

Do not hire this company. If there’s an issue after they do the work, more than likely you won’t heard or see them again. In a nutshell they unresponsive and unprofessional to say the least. I Don’t want to make this too lengthy so I’m keeping it as short as possible so that you know what my issues are with this company. Samuel (one of the 2 plumbers said to fix the charge will be $1,200. I said I’ll get more quotes he then agreed to $800 for a job that took less than 1 hour. I hired them to repair a leak on my main water line on 11/28/2024. I called my water company on 12/16/24 to confirm if the water consumption was back to normal and they told me no. They can see live daily what’s going on. Samuel thinks a bill 30 later is the only way to know if the leak is still present and this is not the case. I’m sure they know this as well. Technology is a beautiful thing. I explained to Samuel in a voice mail and text that the water company is on the line with me now and will let him know the leaks has not been fixed. I sent several text and voice mails about the on going leak and for them to come back to fix asap. The representative agreed that we can do a conference call with the plumber. He did not answer my call or text. I was ghosted/received the silent treatment. My last voice mail and text messages to him was 1/2/25. No replies or call backs. I filed a complaint to Angie on 12/16/24 and the Plumber company had until 12/26/24 to reply and they did not. How ironic my last text and voicemail must have prompted them to now reply to Angi regarding my complaint. I said Just want you to know I just left you a detailed message about the leak and that I consider this abandonment of service from you if I don’t hear from you today You were pay in full, so there’s no reason why you should not complete this job. That’s why I’m calling this abandonment of Service which is unethical on your part. As a business and employee/r you never disregard your customers concerns which I have expressed to you. And nevertheless you never showed up, returned my previous calls/text. The. Suddenly they replied back on 1/2/2025 on the same day of my last text and voicemail Angi previously known as Home Advisors. As of today I have not hear from anyone from this company. They do not honor their 90 day working guarantee. I needed them to come back 2 weeks later and to be on a quick call with the water company . To his credit I did speak to Samuel for a very brief moment the first time a call..he was quite dismissive so I could not fully explain to much in our minute or less phone call. He told me he wouldn’t come back until January 2025. I texted and called 1/2/25 with details to come fix the leak. No answer from my voicemail or text messages.

They arrived on time and worked consistently. They cleaned up and explained the issues.

The repair to my shower head was completed quickly and my shower head has not leaked since. Johan Diaz did a great job.

I asked for a price estimate, they wouldn’t give me one. Then at the end they surprised me with a bill for $550 per hour of labor (2 hours work for $1200). Only choose these guys if you want to get extorted. Many others can do it cheaper. Would not hire again.

They put the metal snake into the toilet pipe twice and i was told that everything was fine. They were too fast collecting the $500.00 dollars, but when I call then there was no answer.
