Not only did he clear the clog efficiently, but he also taught me how to maintain my drain using their BioChoice solution instead of harsh chemicals that I was using (oops Drano), which I learned can really damage the pipes over time. It’s rare to find a technician who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely kind and helpful. I’m so grateful for the professional and respectful service.
