The actual work they did was OK. But the ability to communicate with them is extremely poor. When you call, the response always is " I have to check with my brother." There seems to be some turmoil with the company, as to who really owns it or is in charge. If you wanted changes to the service, or additional work done, they were totally unresponsive.

Received a quote from Clemente and started service.  Didn't receive a bill for 4 months.  I had to call to get the bill because I didn't want them to send a hugh bill at once.  I had to call and ask them to come trim my bushes.  They did not keep my small palms trimmed as was quoted.  They are very difficult to communicate with because the workers speak Spanish.  They never showed up one week and I spoke with owner who said I hadn't paid in two months which was incorrect.  I said I had paid them and they had cashed my checks.  I told him I guess I would have to find someone else and he just said okay and hung up.  No real customer service or attempt to resolve the problem.  I would not use them again because there seems to be no communication among the owners and workers and no real concern for the customer.

They had good reviews on Angie's list and talking to them on the phone made me feel comfortable with them. I would recommend them to anyone. They do quality work and they are very reasonably priced.

Big disappointment. I had read about their good service on Angie's List so I gave them a chance and they handled my job very badly. I told him that I had had trouble finding good landscapers this past year since we moved to the area. I walked around my yard with him and showed him the job piece by piece, although I don't have a large yard. But, I wanted to be sure that he understood what was important to me. I needed all the bushes and hedges to be kept off of the exterior walls and the screened lanai. I needed the weeds to be either pulled or treated in the flower beds. I needed the palms, bushes and trees to be maintained without any dead, dying or yellow or brown trash items to promote both their health and the look of the yard. It wasn't as if I had acres and acres of manicured yards with a huge variety of plants that needed lots and lots of attention. My yard has the basic plants and is very small in comparison to most of my neighbors but I like to have my yard well-maintained for at least 6 months by a company before I give them the green light to add to my landscape and upgrade it. I need to find a company that can take care of the basics well before I add more to the job. But, even the basics seem to be too much for most of these landscaping companies and Clemente is no exception. They want to spend 15 minutes per week on my yard and get $110 per month for it. How can this be justified? I was a teacher/administrator and I didn't make $110 for 1 hr. of work with my level of education, a PH. D. cutting corners. Anyhow, he said that he would do the job but 2 crews took care of it on two separate visits. Once per week each would come, one to cut the grass and edge and the other would maintain the shrubs, trees, plants and pull the weeds. Suffice it to say, they missed something every week. I would call Clemente to tell him what I was happy about and what they need to improve or come back and complete because they had missed. And, he would tell me initially that it was good that I was giving him feedback because they were new to my job and they needed to learn exactly what to do, etc. After one month of work, last week, their trimming and clean up crew spent 5 minutes and missed my entire front yard, including cleaning up the Pigme Palms that had put out their seed pods. Before I could even open the door and call him last week, they had pulled away. So, I figured this week they would take care of it. But, today his crew didn't even show up so I called him to find out when they would be here and Clemente first said things that made no sense because he has a thick Spanish accent and his English isn't good. Then, he dismissed my question about why his crew didn't show up today and when they would come this week and said, "I have a lot of customers and I don't need your account. I don't like getting calls from you every week with some complaint. I am going home to find the check you sent for last month and give to you because I am not going to do your job any more. Find someone else." This is so unprofessional and terrible. Why is it so difficult finding a decent landscaping company that doesn't just zip in and out, cut corners and actually takes good care and pride in their quality work. I am so frustrated with the group of people who do physical labor in this country because they want to make a quick buck but are not willing to do a good job. Customer service is flushed down the toilet.

Overall my experience with them was great.  They are awesome and very meticulous. We had a horrible landscaping experience with another company. They came in, cleaned it all up and were wonderful.  I pay them monthly.  I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Clemente is a delightful, cheerful man, with a can-do attitude and good help. He was punctual both at the estimate stage and on the day of the job, and worked with basic hand tools to remove the unwanted plants and poison the roots.  His clean-up was impeccable and his price was as quoted. I thought he was very good value.

Clemente came back a few days later---(he has his own nursery)......brought out the two palm trees that I wanted---and all of the hibiscus plants, and crotons---removed an Marigold Tree that I hated....and planted a few additional items.  I was VERY happy with the results....and the plants/palms have stayed very healthy.  I've recommended him to all my neighbors.....

They did exactly what I wanted and did it very well.  Cleaned up afterwards.

I am very happy with him and will use him again in the future.

I was very pleased with the estimate---and the fact that he came when he said he would.  Pricing was reasonable....
The plants and trees are hearty--
When he was finished--I decided that I really wanted a Sylvester Palm to put in the place of the Magnolia tree--only I knew that they were expensive and didn't want to spend a lot of money,
SO, the following day--Martinez brought out a smaller Sylvester Palm and finished up all of the work.
I highly recommend!

He is excellent. He is very reasonable and did a great job. He was very punctual and price was very reasonable.

Work was done at 9915 Club HouseDrive,Lakewood Ranch Fl. And it was totally satisfactory.

.He came out right away, provided a quote, and started three days later. He was punctual, is thorough, and cost efficient.

Clemente works for us on a weekly basis. Our monthly fee is $165.00, but worth every penny as this includes tree maintenance and maintenance of our shrubs in the lanai area. We used him when we first bought our house and only changed several years later when we decided to give a young man a chance to get started. This eventually did not work out and then we went with another company (big mistake!). Clemente is now back with us and we couldn't be happier. When he first started back with us, it took them 2 full days to really clean our property up, and it finally looks great again. Clemente is an honest man. He is kind and easy to work with, as are his men. His company provides the maintenance for our neighbor and at one point one of his guys ran over one of our pipes. Clemente took care of paying for the repairs. He has worked closely with us to assure our satisfaction with his work. We say thanks Clemente for all of the great work by you and your men!
