"We wanted the work to be done sooner than later, so we went for the first bidder, but I recommend getting a couple of more bids, Zero Mold rep was on time, was professional but friendly, and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained things to me as he went, so I understood what he was looking for and understood what his test equipment results meant. He gave me a fair estimate (i had done research on potential cost of remediation if I did have mold ahead of time) and his estimate was in the average for this service. He was prompt yet thorough. If all the technicians from this company are the same, I recommend them. Not being an expert, I will give it a month or two, revisit my attic and will then know for sure if the value per cost was as good as I think it is."

"Very thorough. Very honest. Like the fact that he also does work as a Chaplain. He also trained with the experts who worked in New Orleans after Katrina. Very knowledgeable and very helpful with all of our questions. Wanted to help beyond just our air pointed out many things that would make our home air quality safer. Also told us how to correct other things that he observed and how a handyman should correct them and what products they should use."

"Sewage backed up through our toilets and shower drains flooding our house with gross water. I called Goliath and they dispatched their team immediately with in 30 minutes there were Goliath employees everywhere extracting the water, cleaning and so for. They set up portable driers thru out my home they took pictures and made notes of damages. When I called my Insurance Company they told me they were glad I called Goliath the rigth people. Over the next few days Goliath help me submit all the require information for my claim and they went thru eveything in my home that was damage and may need replacement . Dani & Tiffany at Goliath's Office came by and helped me pick out new cabinets, flooring, wall, paint. etc. They were done with the entire restoration a week before my Family from South America came over to visit me and Brett the owner of the Company visit me rigth after they were done to make sure I was please with their services this is a "A1" Company and they make you feel thru the entire process like Family . My house is better than before and I will Highly recommend Goliath."

"I could not be happier that I chose American Air Conditioning & Restoration to clean my air ducts. Chris and Jeremy were soooooooooooo wonderful, polite, and professional. They were more than willing to do little "extras" that I couldn't reach. They had my house sparkling clean when they left. They vacuumed my entire house and dusted it entirely before they left. I would DEFINITELY hire American Air Conditioning again for any other projects!!! I just can't say enough Great Praises about how great Chris and Jeremy were."

"Since we had not had professional remediation done on our Hurricane Michael flooded home and had done cleaning and stud treating ourselves, Thomas worked in the "cart before the horse" fashion in satisfying our testing needs. Luckily, from his years of working in remediation, he was able to tell us how to do a more thorough job of cleaning and ridding a few problem areas in our home after pre-testing and then post-testing to see if we had success in our mission. He was thorough, honest, and prompt in meeting with us for appointed times and was timely in getting the reports and certificate completed. Thanks to Thomas, we have a good bill of health from a MRSA certified specialist before we start enclosing our walls as we begin building back. Thomas is the man!!!"

"I waited to rate them until I received their report that came on the day they said I would get it. It was very comprehensive. They arrived on time and were very professional. They took their samples and pictures and discussed some areas for attention. Unlike some firms they did not try to sell me some duct cleaning or other remediation. They provided me an analysis with suggestions for follow up. It was exactly what I wanted when hiring them."

"The writer did this quickly based on the points I noted: Our condo had a major shower pan leak and we had no idea how to navigate through the whole insurance process. We were referred to Mr and Mrs Restore by a friend and am so thankful for that! They spent the time needed to educate my husband and I fully on the whole process. They worked with our insurance company and were so polite and flexible throughout that it made the whole situation much less stressful than we expected. We thought we would have to move out while the mold cleanup was happening but they worked in a way that we could still stay in the house. Their crew was super clean and efficient. The customer care from this company is amazing and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and anyone!"

"I had a water issue in my home where my supply line was slowly leaking basically a slow drip and it ruined my vanity in my master bed bathroom and I called Hydro defense to help me out with it. The process was smooth, quick clean. I really couldn’t ask for a better company to come out and handle my issue I can actually say I’m going to call this company again if I have the same issue"

"Very accommodating... Came back quickly when we thought we still had problems and they did more testing at no cost to us..."
