"I was new to mold testing and understanding the procedure. Dwayne was more than happy to explain the process, in fact more than once if needed. Dwayne and his team were there when he said they'd be and it was a very smooth operation. I highly recommend them."

"I was happy with the service and the gentleman are handworkers."

"Jeff was great! We hired Spanos Environmental for a pre-purchase mold test/inspection of a condo. We just wanted to ensure that there wasn't any mold present in the walls, etc. Jeff conducted the inspection that included taking some samples that will be sent to a lab for testing."

"Did an expert job of of testing for mold in my home. Very professional."

"We wanted the work to be done sooner than later, so we went for the first bidder, but I recommend getting a couple of more bids, Zero Mold rep was on time, was professional but friendly, and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained things to me as he went, so I understood what he was looking for and understood what his test equipment results meant. He gave me a fair estimate (i had done research on potential cost of remediation if I did have mold ahead of time) and his estimate was in the average for this service. He was prompt yet thorough. If all the technicians from this company are the same, I recommend them. Not being an expert, I will give it a month or two, revisit my attic and will then know for sure if the value per cost was as good as I think it is."

"Thorough inspection, test results and next steps plan came in quickly"

"The company was very flexible working around my schedule. The tech made sure the weather was proper to conduct the air quality test, he was very thorough at collecting the mold samples, and explained the whole process."

"Our water heater exploded and I needed help quickly. Additionally I was in the middle of testing for an exam to start a new job and really needed someone to support me. Mr and Mrs Restore took care of everything and I had peace of mind to finish my exam. I was really lucky to work with them. I worked with Shane and Evelyn. They inspected the house and started immediately with the drying process, recommended an excellent plumber and checked the home for mold and worked with the insurance. They kept me informed about their process and they checked the house daily to measure the drying progress. I hope I dont have another water heater explosion, but if I had any issue with my house, water, mold, fire etc. I would immediately call them or recommenend them to all my friends."

"If I had to go back and relive this headache believe it or not…. I definitely would after the experience I had dealing with hydro defense! They made me feel at ease even though I wasn’t in the best situation. Jacob and his crew did every that needed to be done no steps skipped. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease after coming across the amount of mold and knowing the toxicity we were breathing in I just knew we needed the right people for the job, I wouldn’t choose anyone else! If I were you looking for the best look no further this is definitely the crew here!"
