He is super down to earth and was great about putting together a lovely landscaping plan while keeping within our budget. He was communicative, followed up and showed up whenever he said he was going to. He laid out the plants and showed us his plan, listened to our ideas and got it done. "Poor. The contractor who installed my sod worked for Big Earth. He laid down poor quality sod and when I questioned him about it he reassured me that it was fine. About half of my yard is dying, even under the care of a lawn and pest control service. I have talked to Big Earth and they explained they do not guarantee sod, the contractor never mentioned that to me. I am disappointed that their only response to me was “ too bad” their is nothing we can do. You can trust Big Earth for your sod."
