"The initial Sales Consultant seemed very knowledgeable on how to resolve my airflow challenge. Yet when the techs arrived it was as if they'd never heard from the initial Consultant. If I'd not been on sight to watch what the workers were doing to resolve the airflow, they wouldn't have resolved the issue correctly. I am concerned with internal communications.
