"The courts at our HOA were beyond horrible. There were 6 inch wide, 10 foot long cracks. It was a serious accident waiting to happen. Both courts were unusable. Karim Zafir went above and beyond anything we expected. Our courts are 30 years old and they look brand new. The care he took to make sure we were happy with every step along the way was extreme. His communication was always on point, and he always responded immediately if we had a question. Working with vendors through an HOA can be very difficult and Karim made this project a pleasure. The value for the money is another point. Karim's bid was much better than any other bids we received (and we received several). And even though it was a better bid, he did work the other companies did not include. we also had Zafir courts resurface our basketball court, and again it was a fabulous job. In the opinion of our HOA board, you will not find a better company for value, honesty and quality of work."
