Michael Lane has been out to my house several times to measure and answer all of my questions.     However, since the work has not yet been done, Ii really can't "finish" this story at this time.     I feel confident that he will do a good job and that I'll be pleased, but the jury is still out at this time.

The job was completed in June of 2013, and I was absolutely DELIGHTED!    All of the new windows and doors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!     Plus, the resulting noise reduction in my house is unbelievable.

I had a few minor issues, but Michael took care of them to my complete satisfaction.   

In the highly unlikely case that I'd buy another house that needed windows and doors, I would absolutely hire him again and, if I happen to learn of anyone looking for these services, I would recommend him "hands down" above anyone else.   He is a really good guy -  very honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

They rarely return phone calls and we found out that someone in their office forged my husband's signature on a release of monies document by a finance company recommended to us by them. They are called GreenSky out of Atlanta, GA. We now have no leverage to get the work done. In your rating section I would have chosen minus 1 if that was an option."

"I selected this company because they said they could give me a tub surround in lieu of the tile. After we were into the contract they said that they could not get it within a certain time frame. Nevertheless, we agreed to let them put in a 3 piece surround instead of the original 1 piece surround. The leader was very congenial and tried to satisfy everything. They have an excellent admin person, Sofia, who answers the phones."
