"In June Andy was doing an interior paint job across the street from us. The house had been recently sold and Andy had been hired by the real estate agent on behalf of the new owner. He had previously done work for the agent and she recommended him. Our house was struck by lightning at the same time and Andy had pointed out a hole in the front of our house, from the lightning exiting our attic, that we hadn’t noticed. "We met with Matt after multiple no-shows and not so great conversations with contractors. We needed to add a wall, pocket door, closet, and paint the interior. Matt was honest, punctual, did EXACTLY what he said he would and went above and beyond. There was a design change and it was very easily accommodated without any issues at all. The work is literally perfect…almost better than the original builder on a new build.
