"The salesman, Steve, spent a lot of time with us discussing the various options and concerns we had in selecting a new unit. He was thorough and understanding and polite. We selected a unit to be installed the next day. The installers were courteous and industrious. Daniel made a point in answering all our questions and showing and explaining the completed air handler and condenser for our inspection.. He insisted on leaving everything spotless .. so much so that I asked if he could come back every two weeks to vacuum for us."

"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. I recommend Discount Garage Doors and I hope to get Ben again if I need their service."
