  • Barrett's Plumbing & Septic LLC
Awesome job. They went above and beyond and were able to come out on a Sunday. Stacey was a pleasure to deal with. I will use them again and recommend them as well.

  • Barrett's Plumbing & Septic LLC
They were amazing. I called and no sooner than I was telling the rep my septic issue, she already had some technicians in my area and we live far out. 30 minutes later, the techs were at my house, pumping and cleaning out our septic tank. They were knowledgeable about the job and did an excellent job. I would refer them to whoever I know with septic issues. Their service was +AAA and I give them 5 read less

  • Dan's Backhoe Service Inc
The whole operation went very well. Job was excavated and installed in a day and then inspected the next day. Half a day of backfill and leveling. Very pleased overall. We had requested quotes from seven firms but two did not work in our area. One bid was way too low for the work to be done. The next lowest was a qualified firm but their workload would keep them from starting for two months. Dan's price was competitive and could start withing a couple of weeks. We're very pleased that we had Dan's do the work read less

  • Payless Pumping Inc
Cost is $249 for the 1st 1,000 gallons. I have a 1,000 gallon tank and it was full. Has a concrete sectional lid that was a bit difficult to open. Everything went well and nothing was broken. I suggest Angie's customers not allow the tank driver to park on their driveway. These trucks are heavy and can break a concrete driveway. Have them park in the road and run an extra section of hose. I am looking into installing a cleanout port to make future pumping easier. Payless indicated they could do this for $900, which seemed high, I will wait and look into alternatives read less

  • Jeremy's Septic Services
The permitting took months, which O don’t hold them accountable for. The drain field work was actually done in two days. The low rating is because of their response and unaccountable actions for destroying a chain link fence and gate with pool hardware on it. Jeremy’s men ripped the fence down and just stood up the gate, leaving a 3 foot gap and WALKED AWAY. After explaining that the fence must be rebuilt back the pool code and proving through pictures that the fence pieces didn’t “disappear “ they finally, after WEEKS of emailing, they ordered one part of the pool-fence hardware and pieced it together. The problem is they never cemented in a new post between gate and fence, so I child can literally push directly through the gate. After repeatedly begging them to fix it, they are just ignoring me. I paid half the balance up front for services and the other half the same day they requested. I have proof of all of this. Guess I should have waited till the fence was replaced. The contract between us says NOTHING about fencing being the owner’s responsibility read less

  • Brian Hollinger Plumbing Inc
We had a sewer line blockage. Brian pulled the toilet and put a long snake all the way into our septic tank, clearing the blockage, then re-installed the toilet.

  • Brian Hollinger Plumbing Inc
It went fantastic. So well, I paid him extra without hesitation, because he went the extra mile and tackled a complex job in a swift, sensible, trustworthy and economical manner. I was quoted by another plumbing company highly recommended on this site in this area for more than double the cost I paid with Brian's company. We were very happy with his prompt service read less

Very well. On site ~2 hrs after initial call. Done as expected. 2 tank system. Clean up and restoration included. Very satisfied. Fair price for service too. Will use again.

  • Culpepper Plumbing
Had to call in the early evening on a Sunday because my septic was backing up in the house. At first I scheduled for someone to come the next day, but Sean found someone who was working another job in the area and arranged for them to come that night instead. 30 minutes after my initial call, Eddie was at my house. He was incredibly kind and conscious while working, and explained everything as he worked so we knew what he was doing and how our system worked etc. He ran into numerous issues while working (lid under a thorny bougainvillea bush, another lid screwed on with stripped screws) but never complained. He came to empty our septic but also checked the flow out from the house and cleared a clog in there, and checked the flow to our drain field. Despite the extra work and hassle of the job, he did not try to charge more than we were quoted. Nor did he push unneeded services that many other companies do. Overall he did a great job and we will be relying on Culpepper in the future for our tank maintenance read less

  • Culpepper Plumbing
Sean and his team were excellent! They were thorough, professional and prompt. They were extremely knowledgeable, and were able to locate the issue within a short amount of time. They fixed our lift station pump and tested it several times to make sure the system was working properly. They were able to diagnose and fix our problem in one visit (and it was an issue that a competitor had made several visits for without being able to fix the problem). We will certainly use them again for any plumbing or septic needs. We've finally found a company we can trust read less
