"I made an appointment and the next day they called to confirm and arrived early and they check my tank less water heater (wish was broken) they quoted a price. I told them I would not be able to do the job until the following week. They were nice enough to accept a back dated check. I highly recommend them, they sent to two guys and job was done. Alan was very accommodating and he also checked and fixed a problem in the guest bathroom. An amazing company they provide my family with hot water. Very professional, responsive and courteous. "They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, told me that my septic system did not have a screen which would have been an additional cost, suggested that some of the plants be removed (which I've done). The price that I was given on the phone was the price, minus the $10.00 coupon from Angie's List that I paid. Cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again."
