"I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of the work and the communication established with this father-son team. They gave me a clear estimate, agreed that I could easily move down from an 80 gallon tank to a 50 gallon tank to save some money, and all the work was performed with the highest level of professionalism. I will definitely use this company again for any and all plumbing needs that I will have in the future."

Local septic company eager to help you with all your septic needs. We offer septic tank pumping, grease trap cleaning, liftstation maintenance, RV pumpouts, septic inspections and certifications, drainfield installations, hydrojetting and much much more!!

"The permitting took months, which O don’t hold them accountable for. The drain field work was actually done in two days. The low rating is because of their response and unaccountable actions for destroying a chain link fence and gate with pool hardware on it. Jeremy’s men ripped the fence down and just stood up the gate, leaving a 3 foot gap and WALKED AWAY. After explaining that the fence must be rebuilt back the pool code and proving through pictures that the fence pieces didn’t “disappear “ they finally, after WEEKS of emailing, they ordered one part of the pool-fence hardware and pieced it together. The problem is they never cemented in a new post between gate and fence, so I child can literally push directly through the gate. After repeatedly begging them to fix it, they are just ignoring me. I paid half the balance up front for services and the other half the same day they requested. I have proof of all of this. Guess I should have waited till the fence was replaced. The contract between us says NOTHING about fencing being the owner’s responsibility."

Yes, most states require septic tank installers to have a license, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed septic tank pro could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:

  • The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check

  • Required to have applicable state and local licenses

  • Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

  • Paying to advertise their services

  • Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi

Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.

There are a few signs that indicate a failing drain field. For instance, if your septic tank starts requiring more pumping than normal, your drain field might be failing. Other signs to watch for include poor drainage after rain, standing water or sewage over the septic system, a strong septic smell outside, new and healthy grass growing over the drain field, and plumbing backups in your sinks, bathtubs, or toilets.

Estimating what size well pump you need is challenging and often inaccurate, but a general rule of thumb is to take the number of fixtures—including water-consuming appliances—in your home and aim for that number in gallons per minute. That calculation method would allow for every fixture in your home to use about one gallon of water per minute. However, it’s best to leave the pump size determination to a professional technician, as they can ensure your pump is providing your home with sufficient water, especially during peak usage hours.

The physical constraints of hand-drilling a well limit the depth you can achieve. Manually digging with picks and shovels may only lead to shallow wells of up to 60 feet in depth. To reach greater depths, you need more specialized equipment. The diameter of your well and the tools you’re using will determine how far down you can dig.

While the lifespan of your septic system will depend on a variety of factors, including how well you keep up with regular inspections and maintenance, it will eventually need replacement. Most septic tanks can last between 20 and 30 years, and under good circumstances, a septic drainage field may last up to 50. On average, though, about every 30 years or so, a major septic renovation will be necessary.
