Raider Rooter Sewer and Drain Cleaners is a Better Business Bureau accredited business and has been family owned and operated since 1978. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provide Emergency Service. We service all of Palm Beach County and offer a variety of services for both residential and commercial properties including drain cleaning and septic cleaning, septic inspections, camera line inspections, and high pressure water jetting. We are certified to install and maintain Hoot Aerobic Systems and we have teamed up with Perma-Liner to offer pipe lining solutions for those hard to reach deteriorating sewer lines. For more details and a complete list of services we offer please check our Services page. We also provide natural bacterial solutions for your drains and septic systems which promote long life of your system while helping to protect our environment. These products and their descriptions can be found in our Products page. For any questions or service requests please contact our office at 561-737-8818.

"Prior to installation, my water heater was old but compliant with local laws and passed inspection. After installation, it failed inspection, and Raider Rooter refused to address the issue. They claim I need an electrician to install a shut-off valve, citing a “new law,” but this requirement has existed since 2011—something any reputable plumber should know. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."

Local septic company eager to help you with all your septic needs. We offer septic tank pumping, grease trap cleaning, liftstation maintenance, RV pumpouts, septic inspections and certifications, drainfield installations, hydrojetting and much much more!!

"The permitting took months, which O don’t hold them accountable for. The drain field work was actually done in two days. The low rating is because of their response and unaccountable actions for destroying a chain link fence and gate with pool hardware on it. Jeremy’s men ripped the fence down and just stood up the gate, leaving a 3 foot gap and WALKED AWAY. After explaining that the fence must be rebuilt back the pool code and proving through pictures that the fence pieces didn’t “disappear “ they finally, after WEEKS of emailing, they ordered one part of the pool-fence hardware and pieced it together. The problem is they never cemented in a new post between gate and fence, so I child can literally push directly through the gate. After repeatedly begging them to fix it, they are just ignoring me. I paid half the balance up front for services and the other half the same day they requested. I have proof of all of this. Guess I should have waited till the fence was replaced. The contract between us says NOTHING about fencing being the owner’s responsibility."

Septic Tanks questions, answered by experts

The depth of your septic tank has nothing to do with its size. In fact, some septic tanks can even be installed above-ground! Like other sizes, a 1,000-gallon septic tank could be buried as shallow as 4 inches below the ground or as deep as 4 feet. It all depends on your specific property.

You should pump your septic tank once every two to four years for a family of four, depending on your septic tank size. You should pump a 1,000-gallon septic tank every two years, while a 1,500-gallon tank should be pumped every four years. Water usage also affects how often you should pump your septic tank. If you notice slow drains, foul smells, or gurgling sounds from your drains, you should pump your septic tank as soon as possible.

A septic tank should be emptied approximately once every three to five years, though this frequency will vary depending on your water usage, the size of your tank, how many people are in your home, and other factors. A maintenance plan for your septic system may be useful for professional emptying and inspection of other important parts.

Pumping your septic tank is vital maintenance. You’ll typically need to have your septic tank pumped about every three to five years when the tank is full. This is a routine maintenance task that can easily be handled by a septic tank company near you. They can also provide regular inspections to make sure all the parts of your septic system are working properly.

Watch for slow drainage, pooling water in the yard, or unpleasant odors inside or outside. Addressing these issues timely avoids significant disruptions or costs.
