"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! "not good, the job was never completed. as of today i still have broken pipes that according to pacific were already repair by their technician but for some reason they are still broken. Also a dripping system was installed around my new hedges/ plants which i didn't want a dripping system since the beginning but the technician insisted to install the dripping system and now my new plants are not getting the require amount of water and now i have to spend time and gas to go water the plants everyday. I use pacific because they were recommended by a friend and engies list. i'll never use this company again or recommended them to anybody. i regret and resent the day i hired pacific lawn. look at the pics, that's exactly how i found them the next day i came."
