I called at 11 AM, the plumber did not show up until 4:30 PM. He was supposed to call when he was on his way, but did not. The people I spoke with at the office (Nicholas) were very friendly, but the plumber was not. Overall he completed the job, although it was a very basic and simple problem to fix. Also, he took 3 different calls while he was at my house, which was included in the time I was billed for.

UPDATE: I had a new, unrelated problem about a month after this one. I called them on a Saturday morning and left a message; their greeting indicated that they would be getting back with me as soon as possible. I did not receive that return call until the following Monday!

Extremely professional installation, done in a timely manner. They kept the appointment times. We had no complaints at all. We would gladly refer this company for any projects. In these days and times we find very few companies we can give this high a recommendation for!"
