"Our A/C could not keep up with the warm Florida summer and was taking forever to cool down. Family was coming over to stay with us for a few days and needed to solve the problem immediately. After trying unsuccessfully to schedule an appointment with the company that services our unit (twice a year), I immediately started searching online for a company that could help us solve this predicament we were in and based on reviews on Angie’s list was lucky to stumble upon Holmes Cooling and Heating. I called on Wednesday July 8 at 6pm thinking that nobody would answer due to the time of day at was calling at. He proceeded to locate a unit with the specs we had reviewed and proceeded to install the next day. Installation was a breeze (4 .5 hours) and the installation team was incredibly courteous -at times you couldn’t even tell they were there. By 1:30pm on Friday July 10 the newly installed AC was cooling our home - just in time - family arrived at 2:30pm. After installation was completed Mr Holmes himself spent another hour checking out all aspects of the installation and explaining in detail how to follow simple steps that I could follow to extend the life of the unit. We were extremely lucky to find such a great company to work with and have gained our confidence to become our go to AC company from now on."
