Installation was a breeze (4 .5 hours) and the installation team was incredibly courteous -at times you couldn’t even tell they were there. By 1:30pm on Friday July 10 the newly installed AC was cooling our home - just in time - family arrived at 2:30pm. After installation was completed Mr Holmes himself spent another hour checking out all aspects of the installation and explaining in detail how to follow simple steps that I could follow to extend the life of the unit. We were extremely lucky to find such a great company to work with and have gained our confidence to become our go to AC company from now on."
