My technician was Walter. He was fantastic. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and told me what I can do in the future to keep my a/c unit functioning properly for years to come. Excellent customer service through Corey as well. He set up the appointment contacted me when the tech was on his way.

A clear case of bait and switch. I was told that my work was covered from a previous repair but ended up getting an invoice for $148. I didn't care about the amount and didn't mind paying it but I thought it was bad business. The manager did everything he could to prove me wrong but I know what I was told by the person in their office and the tech that it was covered. But I told the duchbag of a manager that he won but I'm telling everyone I know to watch their customer service. The tech was great but he works for a duchbag.

I was told $95 an hour, so could not figure out how 4 or 5 hours of work came to $900. The tech was very nice.

Angie called me immediately and set up service with Yeremy. I received a text message with his photo and credentials. Updates were received via text regarding his arrival. Yeremy diagnosed a few issues over a two day period. He provided explanations and solutions and was very polite and professional as was his manager, Steve. I would highly recommend this company for your AC needs! Very satisfied.

Two young men arrived. They emptied closet, checked AC and refilled closet without my help. Smoke caused by grit on heating coils which would burn off quickly, rattle caused by loose wire, which they tied down. Could not fix lack of air from two vents. Had difficulty replacing filter which I provided. First told me this visit was free then came back and asked for $95. Two days later I got an e-mail saying fixing lack of air from two vent would be $650. Definitely not Experts!

I live in Century Village, Boca Raton in a unit that has wall A/C units not central air. My living room unit was leaking inside due to sludge build up. Cooling Experts was the only company that said they could help me. Their technician Paul was great very professional and cleaned up the area. This was a small job which most companies do not want to bother with. I am very happy and grateful to them.
