The orange based cleaner smells fresh and the steam was clearly visible from the machine wand as he went over the carpet. I felt confident that the heat of the steam treatment was what we needed. I scheduled him to come back on a regular basis. He hooked up a water line to our sink and the collection tank for the dirty water was in his van, which he was able to park right outside our warehouse door."

I live in California so I appreciated the constant communication. Sandra text me when they were on their way, when they arrived and when they left. She even sent me a video of the entire place as they left to give me peace of mind that it was still clean and a video of her locking the front door. The price was very reasonable.
