Corrected the issue with the previous install where the hinges of the ladder were not flush with each other when fully extended that likely lead to the stairs failing/breaking. He even graciously disposed of the broken stairs and frame. Would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him for any projects you may have."

Further, he tested the A/C system and found deficiencies in the work performed by another group. This was done professionally and the serviceman was very careful to keep everything clean (unit is in the Attic in a closet). I really appreciate that he also wore shoe coverings! ) Air Anytime made sure it was completely set up (including the app and Alexa). Their quote was about $25 higher than my lowest quote, but less than half of two of the higher quotes. We would use Air Anytime again."
