Rating Lock Tight Impact Windows with 5 stars as ultimately the product was delivered to my satisfaction. The product is good quality but the finishing touches such as door frame and floor seal were really bad and I had to have it replaced. They have good project management processes and teams, however the installation crew, while very polite, did not take care of my property/furniture/floors during installation. I suggest you read the contract in detail as it includes the detailed process for installation, which has several steps including the permit approval, inspection and ultimately finishing the job. If you are not aware of these steps in the process, you may be a bit frustrated with the completion of the project. Also suggest you review the design of your doors in detail as my doors were delivered with a different number of lock holes that I wanted.

Locktight did a very professional job on the roof. The tiles were taken off and disposed of in one day. The new roof was installed shortly thereafter. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Thank you Locktight.
