I had an excellent experience with LockTight Impact Windows. The crew was extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. They arrived right on time and did not leave until the project was 100% completed. I was honestly amazed when they told me everything would be finished the same day—and they absolutely delivered. A crew of eight was assigned, and they were rockin’ and rollin’ all day. Yes, it was loud and dusty (as expected with this kind of work), but I’m grateful they powered through and completed the entire installation in one day. They also did a great job cleaning up before leaving, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend LockTight. Now I’m just waiting for the Miami-Dade County inspector to schedule their visit so the crew can return to finish the interior caulking. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Everyone at the office was also so helpful and patient with our questions and requests. The installation techs were professional, punctual and fast. The job was finished in 2 days and Wesley, our lead technician, double and triple checked everything was accurate. We are extremely happy and will recommend LockTight.

BEWARE! Hired them for roof and window package deal. Worse decision of my life. Multiple flat out lies to my face. No accountability. Multiple change orders. 50% increase in original contracted price. All work was subcontracted out to other companies. No one took pride, work was done poorly. They pay you for positive reviews (offering gift cards before the work is complete), so that is why so many positive reviews. Mind you this job was over $150K I can only imagine how they treat other customers. They got themselves banned from our HOA for all work within the community. If you hire them for something I can almost guarantee you will regret it. Lastly, I am at 1 year since there start and they are still not finished.
