Miguel is just the person that I have been looking trying to find for 35 years! He may call himself a handyman but he can do anything! He has done theee very different projects for me and each one has been done professionally, for a very fair price! He always leaves the job site near and makes sure you are satisfied with his work! I told him I have food and bad news for him…. He asked what that was, I told him “ The good news is that my checks will always clear, the bad news is that he is now my dirat call for any issue that I may encounter in my house from now on!” I highly recommend Miguel of M& P Maintenance for all of your home projects!

Miguel is depndable, can fix almost anything and does so at a reasonable price.

Guy was very knowledgeable even refused to install the bracket that I had bought. Recommended a cheaper bracket but more suitable for metal studs. Did a fantastic job on mounting my tv.

I needed a new kitchen sink drain so I requested a quote from M&P. Miguel contacted me within a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon and said he had a cancellation for the next morning and could stop by and install a new drain for $175. Miguel kept in contact via text, arrived on time the next morning, and installed the new drain quickly and perfectly. He's friendly, efficient, and appreciative. Also, he's a general purpose handyman, so the next time I need anything done he's the one I'll call. Great experience, I recommend him very highly.

I would highly recommend this company. I telephoned to request an appointment but was told that Miguel was totally booked before 11/25. After promising to let me know if he had a cancellation that could accommodate our need for repairs to be completed before Thanksgiving, Miguel notified us (on Sunday) that he would be able to come on Monday. He texted 30 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on his way. He got to work immediately, going above and beyond our expectations by checking, fixing, and cleaning all the fans on our outside patio. He was determined to adjust the front door correctly, even though the screws were stripped. It now works amazingly. Care was taken with the installation of the hooks to see that they would hold without damaging the walls. Miguel was friendly, worked cleanly, reasonably priced and asked if there was anything more that we needed before leaving.

Although it was a simple fix for him, I would not know what to do. He stayed a long time to make sure it was repaired.

Arrived on time. Discussed what needed to be done. Got right to work and finished everything on our list. Miguel was very personable and made sure he cleaned everything up before he left. Very detail conscious. Enjoyed meeting him and getting to know him. Will very definitely use him again as issues come up.

I reached out to Miguel to install a new mailbox and ceiling fan. He has done work for me in the past and I am impressed with his professionalism. He's prompt and does an excellent job. This time was no exception. He is the perfect person to have on the speed dial for those projects big or small that needs to be completed.

Miguel was excellent. He showed interest in the job from the first call, showed up early, was knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done right away. I was mostly impressed by his great attitude. I didn't think it was possible to get the old doorbell wires to work again, but he did it! I will definitely work with him again.

Miguel is great! As other have mentioned, he is very punctual, detail oriented, clean, and above all, friendly! We will definitely work with him on our next project.

It went great! Miguel arrived early as usual. He removed the old bathroom vanity and sink. Once that was done, we realized that the new vanity was not large enough to cover an unfinished part of the floor and wall. Miguel helped me return the vanity and sink to the store and I reordered the same sink/vanity in a larger size. Two weeks later when the new one arrived at the store, Miguel picked it up for me and then came back to my house and installed it. Miguel does great work. He really goes above and beyond. I love the new hardware, sink and the look of the new vanity in my guest bath!

Went very well. Miguel showed up a little early. Assessed the situation and assembled the cabinet, install wall mount and hung TV and cabinet. He definitely knew what he was doing and the finished job looks great.
