"Kevin sent out Patrick and Art. They surveyed inside and out. They thought best course of action would be to cut a small square in the inside drywall, so they could set a snap trap, which they did on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. The next morning, I checked the trap and there was a nice sized Curly-Tail Lizard, that had “bought the farm.” After removing him, I reset the trap. The rest of the week, nothing else was caught and the scratching, behind the wall had stopped. Could not give you the cost, so I put down $1.00. The Association will discuss the cost with the Vendors. So, very happy with Patrick and Art. They were right on time, very personable, and did a very professional job.
