"Sean and his team are extremely knowledgeable about the numerous issues facing SFL lawns: Overfeeding, underfeeding, over/under watering, fungus, insects, thatch, aerating, weeds, etc. Their work is top notch with excellent results to help busy homeowners with their lawns. I tried several national lawn maintenance companies spending hundreds of dollars each year with minimal results. Sean's company and services was by far the best. His company is family owned, Sean is the president and owner and personally overseas the work by his staff. I don't write many reviews but I certainly do for those companies that stand out. "I highly recommend Miamiwater works. The gentleman came out and give very reasonable price. He is very honest and very puntional. I had two another estimates very high priced. One said I had too many sprinklers and the Price was double. Funny than the second one that came out said I had very few sprinklers an that I need to add more sprinkles and he was triple the expense...there are very few honest people out there. Miamiworks guy is honest and reasonable."

"When I initially called, I believe it was Joe that answered and came immediately to review and give estimate. So absolutely no complaints there. The only problem or issue I have is that after spending $1,250 to install zone valves, I still have poor sprinkler lawn coverage. One of their techs did come and provide estimate for repair, but I found the estimate too high and requested that Joe give me a call. He did not, until a couple of weeks later, stating that he was on vacation. No problem. I understand. However, to date, I still have poor lawn coverage. I will try to reach out to Joe again, and see if we can get this issue resolved. I do recommend them, and will try to use again."
