From my initial call to schedule an appointment to the installation and follow through of work we are very happy and impressed. When I called Guardian they were able to make me an appointment in a very timely manner. Brett came to our home and reviewed our goals and assisted us with the best product to replace our roll down shutters that were not to current code for insurance purposes or proper protection. He was very personable and did not pressure us into a decision. We decided to proceed at the initial appointment to get the process started so we would have everything installed prior to the peak of hurricane season. The staff at Guardian was very proactive, courteous, and helpful with the process. They reached out and advised us on next steps and helped get HOA approval right away and also part of their process is to have the owner Andy come out to recheck measurements before going to production. As soon as Guardian received the roll down shutters they were in touch with me to schedule installation. I happened to be home for the installation and I was really impressed by Geo and the rest of the installation crew that was sent out that got the job done quick and efficiently. After installation I had a few questions and items I needed and Shelly reached out immediately and made sure everything was handled as well as coordinated an inspection within 24 hours which passed inspection by the city. In the end I appreciated the personal touch from the owner Andy to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. This was a very small job compared to others they do but was given the same attention of a larger one. During our initial appointment with Brett we learned they manufacture their own accordions. We wish we met them sooner and had them do our accordions on a previous home that had 20+ windows. Based on all the team members attention to detail and delivering on all promoses if timing and services I can see why they have so many amazing reviews and super service awards for so multiple years.
