"Very pleased with EcoWater Systems. Marcus came out to our house to explain our options based on our water quality. We have very hard water, which we knew, so we didn't qualify for the water softener that was only $1200.00, however, he still had a coupon for several hundred dollars off of another system. We had already shopped for systems and knew this was a fair price. We felt he gave an honest presentation and was not a hard sell or pushed us to up-sell, which we liked. He did offer additional  products and services but when we decided against them, he did not push us. The installation was scheduled two days later (per our schedule, he could have had it next day). The installer, Dave, was very professional. He clearly explained the process prior to the start, cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished, and gave a very good brief explanation of the product and what we would need to do (which turns out to be nothing because their route maintenance is extremely reasonable and we signed up for it). We have only had the system for one day but everything they told us worked just as expected. I saved some water from the tap prior to the install to compare with after the install and the difference was amazing! So far, we can already tell the difference in drinking quality, laundry and showers. The fact that the regeneration water is beneficial to our yard (potassium) is just one more added benefit! I would definitely recommend the company and the product.

"Aaron was recommended to me for a deinstall/ reinstall pool pump and heater for a patio install. We also decided to purchase a new filter system after discussing our current patchwork unit. Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable, he stayed in contact with us through the whole process and explained everything along the way. He even came out on a Sunday because he knew we had concerns about how long the patio took to be installed resulting in the pool pump being disconnected. "Judy Sarsten, the Ten Plus Services office manager, was very responsive, pleasant and professional.  The crew assigned to the job, Paul and Dexter, arrived at the time promised.  They showed me the corrosion problem (structural rupture) that precluded fixing the old unit.  When I inquired about replacement options, Paul provided well-reasoned advice about the heat pump and gas-fired alternatives.  I decided a gas-fired pool heater would be best.  Paul said the office would send me a proposal. 
Judy sent a detailed estimate the next business day, including the Angie's List discount and offering to waive the service call fee for the first visit.  The $2500 price seemed fair; it was less expensive than the old unit (purchased by a previous homeowner).  I accepted their proposal on the condition that the work would be accomplished within nine days.  Ten Plus Service made this happen.  Paul and Dexter did an excellent job installing the new unit and the new gas line needed to supply it.  They were pleasant to work with and readily answered my questions regarding various aspects of the installation.  They showed me how to operate it and how its use can be coordinated with my solar panels.  They hauled away the old unit and all trash.
Employing Ten Plus Service was a pleasure from start to finish.  The heater is working very well, as evidenced by a 5 degree Fahrenheit water temperature increase over two hours, even with the outside air temperature below 60.  I am very satisfied and will gladly hire them again.

Richie was on-time when he came out to give us an estimate.  He was prepared and climbed on the roof so he could measure and give us an accurate estimate on the cost (we had 2 other companies give us estimates and neither took the time to go up and evaluate what needed to be done - based on Richie's measurements, both would have attempted to install the wrong sized roof panels due to our homes roof size).  The day of installation, Richie and his helper arrived on time and immediately started to work.  They did an EXCELLENT job installing the solar pool system.  Unfortunately (for Richie), the chlorinator was broken by his helper.  Richie immediately got in the truck and went and bought a brand new one & installed it - NO CHARGE TO US.

A Great company - we are completely satisfied with workmanship, price and timely installation.
