"Luminous Electric did some excellent work for me about a year ago. Once again the entire process from scheduling the appointment to completion of the work was perfect. I received a call about 20 minutes before Dan G. arrived so I was able to corral my dogs before he got here. Originally I had just scheduled replacement of a broken outlet but this morning my husband and I decided to have the other work done as well. I assumed I would get an estimate and would have to schedule another appointment to have the additional work done, but Dan G. was able to give me fair pricing and do the additional work immediately. This included him going to Home Depot and picking up the ceiling fan for me! By the end of the morning all the work was done. Dan G. was professional, courteous and friendly. Called Bolt Electric number and thought I was calling a Clearwater location as I live in Seminole, FL, so I was surprised when I realized the electrician Zack had come from Sarasota, but I am within their service area. Zack said they work in Pinellas County all the time, very normal for them. Bolt Electric was great in all respect of scheduling and electrician was on time.
