I received a call about 20 minutes before Dan G. arrived so I was able to corral my dogs before he got here. Originally I had just scheduled replacement of a broken outlet but this morning my husband and I decided to have the other work done as well. I assumed I would get an estimate and would have to schedule another appointment to have the additional work done, but Dan G. was able to give me fair pricing and do the additional work immediately. This included him going to Home Depot and picking up the ceiling fan for me! By the end of the morning all the work was done. Dan G. was professional, courteous and friendly. Called Bolt Electric number and thought I was calling a Clearwater location as I live in Seminole, FL, so I was surprised when I realized the electrician Zack had come from Sarasota, but I am within their service area. Zack said they work in Pinellas County all the time, very normal for them. Bolt Electric was great in all respect of scheduling and electrician was on time. Their pricing was better than the other two companies I requested quotes from and extreme professionalism when they came to my home. Greatly appreciated. Bolt was wonderful in sending electricians who put up with my year-old puppy who thought Zack was his new play toy and was very kind to put up with the puppy, while trying to preform electrical work. Only let puppy drive him crazy for a few minutes, but he was so kind to be so nice about Finn wanting to play with him. I don’t write a lot of reviews, because I don’t want to write something bad about a company. It seems so many want to hurt a company, when not necessary and I don’t write good ones unless company has been truly wonderful!
