"Luminous Electric did some excellent work for me about a year ago. Once again the entire process from scheduling the appointment to completion of the work was perfect. I received a call about 20 minutes before Dan G. arrived so I was able to corral my dogs before he got here. Originally I had just scheduled replacement of a broken outlet but this morning my husband and I decided to have the other work done as well. I assumed I would get an estimate and would have to schedule another appointment to have the additional work done, but Dan G. was able to give me fair pricing and do the additional work immediately. This included him going to Home Depot and picking up the ceiling fan for me! By the end of the morning all the work was done. Dan G. was professional, courteous and friendly. Zack said they work in Pinellas County all the time, very normal for them. Bolt Electric was great in all respect of scheduling and electrician was on time. Their pricing was better than the other two companies I requested quotes from and extreme professionalism when they came to my home. Greatly appreciated. Bolt was wonderful in sending electricians who put up with my year-old puppy who thought Zack was his new play toy and was very kind to put up with the puppy, while trying to preform electrical work. It seems so many want to hurt a company, when not necessary and I don’t write good ones unless company has been truly wonderful!
