"It went great! Chris was very prompt at returning my request for more information and even followed back up with me a week later to see if I had any other questions. "I hired Kinetico to install a full house reverse osmosis system. I bought a house in Lehigh Acres that a master plumber said "this is the worst smelling sulphur water I have seen in over ten years" about. After installation the rotten egg/sulphur smell has been completely removed. Everyone from the installer, to Rick the salesmen and Marcus the customer experience manager has been fantastic. "Dan was all of what the other reviewers here had said -- he was professional, courteous and went out of his way to help us get the work we needed done in a timeline that was limited even though he had a very busy schedule servicing other customers. He went out of his way to help us utilize a faucet we had supplied for our laundry room though we found out it would not work with the older laundry tub in place. He helped us by getting a new tub (he special ordered from the plumbing supply house, received less than 24 hours!) that he could fashion to accept the special faucet (which was really meant for a kitchen sink, not a laundry room tub). The work went smoothly and when all said and done, he also cleaned up like he was never there.  Awesome effort no doubt.  I certainly would hire him again for any of our plumbing/water needs without a second thought.
