I cut the copper cord with Centurylink where I was paying approx. $70 p/mo. for my home line and a custom ringing number for my home based business. I have saved over $5661 to date ( 5+ years) without compromising quality of service. I pay Ooma approx $15.50 p/month total with the optional Ooma Premier Service. ($9.99p/mo + State & Fed tele taxes) Without Ooma Premier, you only pay approx $5.50p/mo for State+Fed tele tax. "The project was a total failure. Initial design never had a chance for approval by Miami Dade. After 5 months of presenting for approval, it was realized the number of poles needed to increase from 7 to 16. This increased the price by $50,000. Due to lack of communication and poor performance, we chose not to move forward. FLM did provide a 2/3 refund on $43,000 and claimed FLM had the right to keep all of the downpayment. I suggested we split the difference to resolve the issue, but FLM did not respond. I believe FLM should absorb some of cost since their performance was borderline incompetent. We are planning to involve our attorney and try to recoup the total amount as well as damages incurred by a contractual obligation with our tenant."
