"We just finished a spectacular install by Karoly Doors and Windows. It all started with Brandon and the sales presentation. There was no pressure and he was knowledgeable and kind, which made us feel confident in our decision to chose them. I had timely notifications on the arrival of my hurricane windows and sliding glass doors and prompt scheduling once they arrived. We were so excited to get on the schedule and the office streamlined everything. Bo and William were two of the nicest, professional, and hard working installers imaginable. Picasso could not of installed these windows more perfectly! They were clean and took their time, the caulking looks like artwork to me! What a great company, I am so happy we chose them. "I hired Service Resource Co. following Hurricane Helene. My home had 2 feet of water throughout. Oscar explained the process of remediation, detailed the timeline and took the time to make sure I understood what to expect. I think I was in shock at the time, never having experienced the damage a flood leaves. He was professional and compassionate, answered every question and listened patiently as I tried to put together my thoughts. His team arrived on time everyday, they were courteous and hard working and kept the site clean. I would certainly recommend Service Resource Co. and would use them again. I believe him to be an honest professional businessman."

"I am very disappointed with this company. We had seven windows installed with only one installer. Sam was on his phone most of the time while doing the job. My understanding is that Sam, the installer, is a subcontractor. He had trouble with one of the windows and cracked our marble window sill in two places. He informed me that we signed a paper indicating Window World is not responsible for minor damages of window sills, etc. I contacted Window World and a representative was sent. The representative, Misty, agreed with me, but the company won’t repair it. I obtained a price of $1,750 from one contractor to replace the sill. I don’t consider this minor damage. I am so happy that only one sill was cracked. The county inspector failed the inspection due to missing screws. Misty came back and said the screws were fine and informed me the county inspector would return. I emailed the company regarding the inspection and received no reply. I called to ask when the county inspector would return and an appointment was set up. They also sent another Window World representative, Joe, to come before the inspection to check for missing screws. Joe did a good job and installed missing screws. The inspection passed so I was the able to put the window sash stops in place. However, when I did, I discovered that one of the stops does not cover a large gap. I am done trying to get satisfaction from this company, so I give up on notifying Window World. I would think twice before using this company."

"This man is the worst contractor I've ever hired. The project took over a year to complete and not once did Robert take any responsibility for his poor workmanship. He first of all took 3 months to start the project which is against the law in Florida. He also did not get the required permit as required by law in Florida. I had told him I wanted a permit and he said he was working with an architect to draw up the plans for the permit. He lied and never did so. After the building dept stopped construction I had to pay all the fees because Robert refused to do so despite it being his fault. That started a serious of corrections in order to comply with the inspections and he made me pay for them all. He blamed it on the architect that I had to hire in order to submit the plans to the building dept. Twice Robert would schedule work to be done and both times the day before the work he would hit me up for money saying he needed it to get the job done. That is already having to pay the downpayment and a second installment payment. The money was there but he blew it on unrelated things like his medical treatment he didn't disclose and which causes him to be absent for long periods of time. He also appears to have memory lapses that causes him not to remember things you tell him. His wife handles the communication when he is not on the job. It got to a point where I was telling him what to do on the job. He also hires guys off the street as in my case. He got some **** kind that new a little about masonry and it was horrible. It had to be knocked down and then Robert refused to pay him. The kid came knocking on my door one day threatening me for payment. In Florida, if a contractor doesn't pay, his subcontractors can go after the customer for payment. Need to have contractor sign a waiver so you don't get sued or a lien put on your property. I'm really warning you all. Please stay far away. There are plenty of other reputable contractors out there. Don't risk it."
