From start to finish this process has been such a pleasure and an ease of burden. Staton was so friendly and responsive when I was paired with him to come provide the estimate. He was patient in getting a response from me to proceed while I had to sort of finances. He made singing paperwork and explaining everything a breeze- came to my house with everything ready to go. Whenever I requested anything for my HOA, he responded promptly. He was polite and professional as well. Brooke was great at the office for all of the accounting that was involved with the process- always communicative and prompt as well. William as the project manager did an OUTSTANDING job! He was polite, prompt, and professional. Took the time to always reply and explain anything I had questions to. Worked with my neighbor to make sure she was aware of the process. Code Red Roofers were excellent in replacing my roof. They were timely, neat, responsive, reasonable and my metal roof came out great just as they promised. They took payment in thirds which I thought was good for the consumer. They haven’t even collected the last third yet so by that to me means they are a stand up and solvent company. They also installed new 7” gutters in which it came out awesome. I highly recommend this company and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs a roof.

From my initial phone call to completion of roof repairs was ??????????. I spoke with Marie and Brian V contacted me shortly after. He was top notch and sympathetic to my wrought over my multitude leaks. He provided me with many pictures and explanation of the immediate necessity for repairs. He called me the morning of projected repairs that crew would arrive in thirty minutes. They did and introduced themselves and went right to work. Had a leak at the exhaust vent on the tile roof. Brian came out to inspect, took pictures, measurements, discussed plans, supplies and costs; very transparent. We moved ahead with repairs. When crew arrived they also went over the plans then processed with repairs. When completed they went over photos they took as they made repairs showing the damage from the leak, and the step in repairing. Again very transparent and professional. The completed repairs, you would never known they were on the roof or that repairs were made. The roof still looks great and no leaks. We have used Code Red Roof in the past and have been very happy with the quality of work, professionalism and costs.

Great job. Actually did 3 houses. Tearing off the tile roof and installing the metal on a 2,500sf house in a total of 4 days was amazing. Their guys worked hard. They replaced 13 sheets of plywood on one house and lots of facia on the other two at no additional cost. Good price compared to 8 other companies i got quotes from. Salesperson did not pressure and was extremely knowledgable.

Brian provided a quote on a Thursday and told me their crew could be out on Monday. However, later in the day on Thursday, he messaged me and asked if it would be OK if the crew came the next day which was fine with me. The work crew showed up on Friday and had all repairs and cleanup done before the end of the day. I would categorize them as qualified, responsive, and efficient.
