Perfect. The person who came to do the estimate was prompt and explained the details for replacement or repair - I decided to go for the replacement with the larger gutter as recommended. The installers were on time (rare for Florida). Before they started they asked if I had any questions and then answered the questions i did have. They went right to work. They were very courteous, neat, and did a great job without any damage to the home, landscaping, or personal items. I strongly recommend this company as it is rare to have a home improvement job go so well - a big thank you!

I called three companies for estimates and, due to their pricing and professional manner, we chose Gutter Guy. I discussed different pricing options (partial and/or full replacement) and they supplied both options in a detailed, written estimate that was mailed to our house. The estimate also included a color sample which allowed us to go outside, hold it up to our house and feel confident in our choice. Due to our roof damage they needed to wait for that to be finished but once I called them I was put on the schedule with no deposit required! They reconfirmed that they would be coming two-weeks prior and completed the job on time, as promised, with a 5-year guarantee. Thanks, Gutter Guy! Job well done.

This was our 4th time using The Gutter Guy and they continue to exceed our expectations. They originally installed the rain gutters 10+ years ago and did a great job. Since that time we've had tree branches split gutters during hurricanes and family members back into gutters by accident causing damage. Each time The Gutter Guy comes out and completes a formal estimate then schedules a tie to perform the repair. The arrive on time, the conduct themselves professionally and they are always curteous. We will continue to use them for all of our rain gutter needs.

The communication was excellent. The first time I called, was while the roofing work was being done; The Gutter Guy sent someone out immediately to give me an estimate. As the roofing project concluded, I called and they set up an appointment for gutter installation. They gave me a day and time. The crew arrived during the time window given. The crew was professional and efficient. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I recommend them.
