"ICAS Leo responded within just a couple hours of my initial inquiry for a roof, gutter, siding, and screen repair project. The next day he came to my home, performed a detailed inspection and wrote up an estimate on the spot. ICAS was comparable with two other contractor bids and I issued a contract. Materials got ordered and delivered within a week, and the ICAS crew arrived for install on a Saturday as they corridinated a break in the weather. They finished in one day and everything went well. Leo supervised remotely with great communications via phone, text, and email. He also came by at the end for his final inspection and to ensure I was satisfied with their work. I would hire ICAS again for other home projects."
