They did the entire job in one day, which included new skirting, washing, installing new downspouts and new hardware on awnings that needed it, painting the mobile home white, and the trim dark green, and completely cleaning everything up when they were finished. The cost was unusually reasonable for all that work by 2 men for 10 hours. Mr. Osario even came back today to paint a couple of strips beneath my door that hadn't been done. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground.
