Honestly such an amazing experience! Customer service is amazing, I really enjoyed working with Anna on this project. Also, the product is such great quality! We ordered 4 blinds (1 set for our living room & 1 set for our bedroom) and absolutely love them. Highly recommend using this company. We definitely will be back to order more blinds for our other rooms.

Anna and Carlo were very professional from the beginning until shades and drapes were installed. Their after service was excellent when we had issue with one the shades, they quickly replaced with a brand new shade at no additional cost. She has been the most dedicated and commutative person I've ever known.
