She suggested that I call the installer who did the job. When I told her that I didn't know who that was, she took the time to look up the local distributor and suggestd that I call them for a recommendation. She was kind and caring and took a lot of time to provide advice and an explanation of what might be wrong. It was a pleasure to talk to her. "Once the work was started it took 3-4weeks for them to complete 8windows. Only 1 guy installed all the windows. They did not meet the time frame I was promised. There were missing parts so it was not a smooth installation. The work itself was good but it was a huge inconvenience. Then the screen repair was supposed to be done in 1 day (for condo patio) and the mat timeline was also delayed and it took a few days to complete. The rubber spline came out 2 weeks after it was replaced and they had to come back to fix it. I was not pleased with this service."
