Andy, the owner, is a trained engineer and made excellent suggestions that no one else thought of, saving me from making a number of serious errors. Guardian manufactures excellent shutters, installs them perfectly, and provides reliable maintenance services. They refuse to accept any payment until the work is inspected and approved. Guardian is a pleasure to deal with!"

I scheduled an appointment with Suncoast and Sal and James came out and were awesome. They repaired the shutter timer for a lot less than I was quoted from the Rolladen people. Very professional!"

"The hurricane shutters have still not been installed since we just hired the company to do the job. However, based on the estimate process, this is a very professional company. The technician was at my house on time to measure my windows, and as he promised, sent me the quote the next day by email. Once we decided to hire this company for the installation of our hurricane shutters, the technician sent me the written contract the next day, as promised, with exactly the same numbers as the quote he gave me. They were not the cheapest, however, the reason we hired this company is because they were the most professional during the quoting process, which is a good indicator of how things will go during the installation process. "Outstanding process and finished work. I chose 3 companies from Angi's to bid. Shutter services was the middle bidder in price, but had the top of the line shutter. The other two companies were pricing a lower quality shutter. Every step went smooth, super friendly/professional, and the installation was superb and quick. I was also expecting the installation to be louder, since drilling into concrete, but even the noise was minimal. The work area was thoroughly cleaned after installation.
