"The job itself went very well. The crew was friendly and professional. The floor still looks great 3 years on. The only issue, albeit a pretty big one, was a clogged toilet after the job was done. It took some time to get the plumber in. To no avail, as they exhausted all the standard clog removal techniques. We thought it could be the toilet itself, so we had it replaced, and that still did not fix it. Ultimately, they ended up breaking into the floor and found a rag was stuck pretty deep down in the plumbing. This all took around two weeks after the initial job. Being that it took so long to diagnose the issue, I didn't expect much when I contacted the company about it. They denied any wrongdoing. Thanks for the memories, and the $1100 plumbing bill."

I couldnâ t imagine how they were going to replace carpeting in rooms that were filled with furniture but Vince assured me they could as long as we got everything off the floor ( other than the furniture of course) and cleared off surfaces.
