He knew the track was bent on install so he would take care of it and a year and a half later here we are, Mark does not return phone calls or text so now I have a screen room that I have a window that I can’t use and Mark doesn’t seem to care so I guess the warranty ends when he gets paid lifetime warranty that is"

The job was finished quickly and if I did need to do something similar I would request Carlos S - he is the best. We needed some extra hand grips installed since we are up in years - no problem. Recently stayed at a high end Disney resort and the bathroom was almost the same."
