The technician was at my house on time to measure my windows, and as he promised, sent me the quote the next day by email. Once we decided to hire this company for the installation of our hurricane shutters, the technician sent me the written contract the next day, as promised, with exactly the same numbers as the quote he gave me. They were not the cheapest, however, the reason we hired this company is because they were the most professional during the quoting process, which is a good indicator of how things will go during the installation process. "Outstanding process and finished work. I chose 3 companies from Angi's to bid. Shutter services was the middle bidder in price, but had the top of the line shutter. The other two companies were pricing a lower quality shutter. Every step went smooth, super friendly/professional, and the installation was superb and quick. I was also expecting the installation to be louder, since drilling into concrete, but even the noise was minimal. The work area was thoroughly cleaned after installation.
