Once we decided to hire this company for the installation of our hurricane shutters, the technician sent me the written contract the next day, as promised, with exactly the same numbers as the quote he gave me. They were not the cheapest, however, the reason we hired this company is because they were the most professional during the quoting process, which is a good indicator of how things will go during the installation process.
